This paper examines the prevalent use of the morning-after pill among teens under 16 years of age in Britain. Initially approved by the United Kingdom’s Department of Health and Social Security for ‘exceptional circumstances,’ the paper raises concerns about teens' widespread use without doctor supervision. Other concerns include ethical issues about the morning-after pill and the lack of parental consent. The paper advocates for the expansion of abstinence education.
