This study found that most young people's exposure to sexual material on the internet was unintended and unwanted.  It also found that most children reported that they were not negatively affected, that blocking mechanisms were only modestly effective in reducing unwanted exposure, and that different forms of parental supervision did not affect risk of exposure.
