This is a review of medical journals, legislative investigations and news articles regarding the emotional and psychological effects of physician-assisted suicide and euthanasia on participating physicians.  The review found that many physicians who participate in physician-assisted suicide suffer from feelings of shock, powerlessness, isolation, pressure and intimidation by other doctors.
