From April 2001 to June 2001, the Federal-Provincial-Territorial Family Law Committee asked for feedback on how the government could improve  the laws and services it provided for children of separation and divorce.  This paper discusses the results of the nation-wide consultations on custody, access and child support issues, where interested Canadians contributed their input through feedback booklets, written submissions, and workshops.
