This document gives the results of two polls done by the Kaiser Family Foundation, one on the experiences of lesbians, gays and bisexuals and one on the public's attitudes towards this group and the related public policy issues. The poll shows an overall high level of acceptance of the homosexual lifestyle and support for anti-discrimination policies. However, there is still a great deal of prejudice levied towards this group, and family policies such as gay marriage and adoption remain controversial.
