This report examines the choices that men and women make regarding marriage, parenthood, employment and graduate school following the completion of a bachelor's degree.  Specifically, it examines the interrelation of these factors.  Among other things, it finds that women who marry before completing their bachelor's degree are less likely to pursue graduate studies than unmarried women.
