This article investigates recent marriage, parenting and same-sex legislation in New Zealand, specifically the Family Commissions Bill and the Care of Children Bill. It discusses the effect of these laws on the stability and sanctity of marriage and family, and argues that they are weakening marriages and creating dysfunctional families.
