This article discusses the results of a recent poll which examines the importance of religion to Canadians. It finds that 61% believe religion is an important aspect of people's moral and ethical lives, while 66% say that it is important in their own lives. Furthermore, 56% believe that schools should teach all the world's major religions, while 31% of those surveyed say that no religion should be taught in the public education system.
