This paper assesses the well-being and characteristics of young adults in the United States, with a focus on such outcomes as citzenship, educational attainment, military service, employment, social connectedness, and family formation. It presents national and state-by-state findings, with results organized by gender, race, ethnicity, age, and immigration status.
