This paper contains two reports, one on parents' awareness of, and attitude towards, violence in their children's lives and the other on the major issues facing parents and children in regards to children's exposure to violence. It looks at the different mediums through which children are exposed to violence, such as school, home, and the media, and it examines the social, physical, pyschological and behavioural outcomes of this exposure.
