In this article the authors provide evidence of the effectiveness of a program designed to prevent pregnancy among the siblings of teen parents, a group found to be at an exceptionally high risk of adolescent pregnancy.  It demonstrates that teens who participated in this program had significantly lower rates of pregnancy, were less likely to be sexually active, and were more likely to use contraception if sexually active.
