This study examines employment, earnings, and child support payment among noncustodial fathers who participated in SHARE (Support Has A Rewarding Effect), a program operated under a welfare-to-work grant in Washington state.  The program was designed as an intervention for fathers who were facing incarceration as a result of child support nonpayment.
