This continuation of the Breakthrough Britain series examines the situation in Britain with respect to unemployment (which the report calls worklessness) and unemployment benefits. The report finds that the current system encourages systemic poverty and family breakdown. It then offers extensive policy recommendations to reform the welfare system to encourage work and family stability.
