This report provides the results of extensive research conducted over several years that looked into the experiences, priorities, and attitudes of older people. It presents the key findings of the various projects which were conducted, and highlights major themes that emerged in their interactions with older people. Based on these findings, the authors make recommendations for policy and practice.
