This policy brief outlines the content and objectives of comprehensive sexuality education programs and discusses the potential risks it poses to young people.  Among other things, it argues that comprehensive sex education programs provide too weak an abstinence message, make no connection between sex and marriage, and fail to take into consideration the spiritual, moral, and psychological consequences of sexual activity.
