This report describes programs which provide support to disabled youth as they transition from school to work.  It also presents the results of focus groups conducted with individuals with a significant disability.  The results of these focus group discussions provide insight into what supports these individuals felt made important contributions to their success and the challenges they faced in accessing and using those supports.  Data pertaining to the characteristics of disabled youths, rates of employment among disabled and non-disabled youth, and rankings of supports are also included.
