This paper summarizes the Project Early Intervention initiative and it's mandate to build stronger communities by offsetting the circumstances in which some children are raised, such as low family income, poor school performance, parental criminality and exposure to domestic violence. Furthermore, it presents strategies and ideas in promoting safe communities with an outreach approach.
