This national survey of over 2000 Canadians conducted in 2003-2004 reveals what Canadians think about some of the key facets of family life including the nature of the family; dating; sexuality and cohabitation; marriage; children; parenthing and parents; and separation and divorce. The report includes sections that explore Canadians' thoughts on how family life could be improved, who is responsible for realizing these improvements, and who should share in the actual costs.
