This report discusses the ninth National Survey of American Attitudes on Substance Abuse. It describes the relationship between teen dating practices and substance use. Its findings suggest that there is a strong link between teen dating behaviour and sexual activity, as well as the use of cigarettes, alcohol and drugs.
