This document contains two papers on poverty and sexuality in the inner-city and focuses on teenage sexual relationships and pregnancies, and the impact of increasing numbers of unwed mothers on the welfare system. They make suggestions as to how communities can encourage marriage, discourage teenage pregnancies, and discourage the extensive use of the welfare system.
