This paper provides statistical information pertaining to the educational qualifications of youths who aged out of foster care or other forms of non-parental care. It also looks at the outcomes of foster youth by their nineteenth birthday, with specific attention paid to the activities they were involved in and the living arrangements they had negotiated.
