This paper examines the relationship between family income and outcomes for children.  Using data from the Statistics Canada National Longitudinal Survey of Children and Youth, the study looks at family income in relation to childrens' health, educational, emotional and behavioural outcomes.  Researchers found strongest relationships in the cognitive and behavioral domains which suggests that lower-income children are worse off to some extent,
