This book summarizes the results and recommendations of two studies about the inclusion of children with special needs in Canadian child care programs. The first study finds that the success of inclusion relates to a director's attitude and commitment toward it. The second study finds that there is a relationship between the overall quality of a program and its quality of inclusion.
