This study quantifies to what degree pro-life legislation in the United States has contributed to a reduction in abortion rates among minors.  Researchers conclude that parental involvement laws have resulted in a 16 percent decline in the minor abortion rate and that Medicaid funding restrictions have resulted in a 23 percent declind in the minor abortion rate.
